Ntiedo Etuk
Founder & CEO, FitGrid
I’m the founder and CEO of FitGrid, a ground-breaking connectivity platform that helps thousands of fitness studios leverage the power of their entire community to drive revenue, retention and engagement. I also co-founded Boutique Fitness Solutions, a private network for boutique fitness business owners made up of leaders from brands such as SLT, Fhitting Room and more.
Just three days after stay at home orders, my team and I rolled out the fitness industry’s first mass-deployable live streaming solution that helped thousands of studios move their classes to a virtual space, and retain more than half their members during lockdown. This quick response allowed me to grow FitGrid 5x in one year. Today, FitGrid supports thousands of studios like Harlem Cycle and Exhale, and facilitates more than 2M fitness class reservations per month. My team and I also introduced Class App, the first fitness class-booking app to connect classmates, instructors and studio owners directly with each other.
Honored as a Crain’s 40 Under 40, Top Entrepreneur and a Silicon Alley One to Watch by Crain’s New York, I’ve been featured in Wired, Well + Good, Forbes, BusinessWeek and The New York Times. I love being on air and have guested on NBC, CNBC and Fox. I reside in NYC and received a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School
